PRODUCTION PROCESS
PREPARATION
  • Common Materials – EVA (single or double expansion foam), PE foam, PU foam, NBR foam, SBR foam, EPDM, CR/Neoprene, etc.
  • Functional Materials – Conductive, anti-static, shock-absorbing, environmentally friendly, bio based, recycled, antibacterial, anti-UV, flame-resistant, etc.
PROCESSING
  • Cutting, sawing, forming, bonding, grinding, roughing, chamfering, laserengraving, cold/hottransfer printing, stitching, edge trimming, screen printing, etc.
INSPECTION
  • IQC (Incoming Quality Control), FAI (First Article Inspection), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
PACKAGING
  • Bagging, inner box, shrink film, carton, pallet, etc.
